Exercise, the Flu, and You

Will exercising while you have the flu help you “break” the fever and recover faster?  Looks like the answer to that is a resounding “NO!”

It’s much more likely to worsen your symptoms, and with something as serious as the H1N1 virus out there, that’s a mistake that could be deadly.

The best advice…stay home and rest.  Going to the gym to exercise will just make you feel worse and it will spread your germs.  Please don’t do it!
