11 Things You Should Be Eating (but probably aren’t)

Dr. Jonny Bowden, nutritionist and author of “The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth,” came up with this list of  some of his favorites that are easy to find, yet still rarely wind up on our plates.

Out of the eleven, I have three regularly, six occasionally, and three rarely if ever.  Not bad, but could be doing better.  How about you?

  1. I have 4 on a regular basis (Yay!)
    – beets, cabbage, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon (everyday in my oatmeal!).. I could do better, but I’m not intending to include sardines in the count..
